I’m Lindsay, a fully qualified and insured reflexologist, providing reflexology in Letchworth since 2015. I feel blessed to work as a complementary therapist, helping to improve the health and wellbeing of local clients is hugely rewarding for me.

I understand that life brings challenges, whether that’s from work, relationships or health concerns and these challenges can knock you off balance, drain you and create unease in the body and mind. I’m passionate about seeing you, hearing you and supporting you.

The treatment will give you time out, with a person who cares. And the restorative hands-on craft will make you feel nourished and whole again. I practice from a beautiful, tranquil treatment room at home in Letchworth, with its own private entrance and parking space, a haven away from the busy world outside.

My training

Since establishing over 10 years ago, I’ve undertaken advanced training in fertility, pregnancy, menopause and lymph drainage reflexology techniques. I’m totally passionate about reflexology, in particular women’s health and supporting couples trying to conceive, which brings significant challenges to both partners.

I’m proud to be a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and Association of Reproductive Reflexologists ensuring my qualifications, insurances and continual development are to the highest of standards.
