Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is an award-winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymph reflexes in the feet to encourage lymph movement and drainage from the body. Breast cancer is the most common cancer for women in the UK and following medical intervention 20% of breast cancer patients experience lymphoedema of the arm. Lymphoedema is tissue swelling due to the failure of lymph drainage.

How RLD works

RLD is a unique reflexology sequence worked on the feet that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay with Cardiff Metropolitan University whilst working in Cancer Care.

RLD treatments are tailored to target the affected swollen arm by encouraging natural lymph drainage. Clients notice a reduction in arm volume, less discomfort, an increase in strength and arm mobility.

In addition to Lymphoedema, RLD can also help the following conditions:

Arthritis ME
Asthma Sinus problems
Eczema Migraines
Chronic fatigue Headaches
Fibromyalgia Muscular aches and pains
